Very clean and spacious room with a great view over the swimming pool and the garden and mountains The food was delicious and an outstanding breakfast. A mix of oriental and western breakfast options. The staff was super friendly and helpful There was some confusion about the beds for the children but that was also quickly resolved The swimming pool is huge and more than welcome after visiting the temples. We could have stayed much longer

Ubytování Aliya Resort and Spa - Thema Collection je zasazeno v bujné tropické vegetaci a leží naproti skále Sigiriya. The views are stunning and they have their own tours and amazing in-house tour guides/ naturalist (Akash and the other lady so sorry I forgot her name).

The rooms are completely renovated. The dinner was absolutely delicious - we don't regret one bit for not going out for dinner to the city for our 1 night stay. Looks like they plan to do even more renovations outside. Surely recommended!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy and we had all we needed in the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us to rent a scooter what was great as we could go anywhere and come back to that quiet place and relax. It was great place for our last nights in Sri Lanka after a month of travelling. We wish the Cashew Palace amazing season! Stay busy!

The setting is breathtaking — lush greenery, v tranquil views, and an atmosphere that instantly makes you slow down. Our suite was expansive and tranquil, with a huge, comfortable bed, a spa-like bathroom, and a private plunge pool overlooking the forest canopy. Mornings began with birdsong and soft sunlight filtering through the trees. There’s no rush here — just space to breathe, rest, and rediscover stillness. The Ayurvedic treatments were outstanding. The resident doctor was kind and attentive, and each therapy was tailored to our needs. The therapists were professional, skilled, and genuinely caring — every session left us feeling lighter and completely relaxed. The food was light, fresh, and nourishing, aligned with Ayurvedic principles. It’s not indulgent dining, but every meal felt like part of the wellness journey — balanced, beautiful, and made with care it perfectly complements the wellness philosophy of the resort. A special mention must go to the staff, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They truly go above and beyond — warm, attentive, and respectful, without ever being intrusive. Every detail, from the herbal teas to the evening turn-down service, felt thoughtful and intentional. We were surprised every time with the location of our b/fast and diners. A heartfelt thank you to Lackshan, who was wonderful with our little boy — he played with him, kept him engaged, and made sure he never felt bored. It meant so much to us and made our stay even more special. This is not a place for nightlife or crowds it’s designed for peace, rest, and self-care. If you’re looking for a luxury wellness retreat in Sri Lanka where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself, Ayugiri is a gem.

NIVADOO RESORT SIGIRIYA se nachází v destinaci Sigiriya a nabízí ubytování s venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, zahradou a barem. Sigiriya skála je 5,3 km daleko. The resort is very peaceful but within easy reach of Sigiriya, national parks and Dambulla. The food is good and the facilities well maintained. What really makes it is the staff, they are attentive and helpful. We arrived early for check-in and the gentleman on reception ensured our room was ready quickly. They assisted in arranging transfers and trips, all of which were brilliant. Sadly we did not get the names of all the lovely people who looked after us but a special thanks to Wimukthi who was brilliant.

Hotel Sigiriya se nachází v tzv. Kulturním trojúhelníku Srí Lanky, který je součástí světového dědictví UNESCO. Na místě je restaurace, venkovní bazén a neplacené parkoviště. Pool, food, staff. Nice to get that view of Sigiriya right from pool. Rooms face out to different courtyards w amazing old trees.

Tropical Life Resort and Spa se nachází v Dambulle a má zahradu, terasu, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Tento hotel s 5 hvězdičkami nabízí pokojovou službu a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci.... Loved the jungle-like setting, the restaurant and bar are pretty, the pool is beautiful. Everyone was so so nice there. Really nice bathroom!
