Ibrahim and the rest of the team there are so welcoming, treating us like family in their family's riad. The towels and linens are super soft, the beds were comfortable, the rooftop terrace was a pleasant oasis of peace, and the lower courtyard with pool was cool and quiet. Breakfast was very hearty and complete, and the details and furnishings in the rooms were perfect. We will DEFINITELY stay here on our next visit to Marrakech.

Once I contacted them, in obvious desperation, they really emphasized with me, supported me, arranged for a transfer, and didn't even charged it full, even though this was my own fault. They were my guardian angels. I will never be able to thank enough. To me, this defined client support. Super professional, super pleasant
