The hotel as you would imagine has everything you could wish for in a great hotel , but with out doubt the greatest asset the hotel has is the fantastic staff . Maoud the guy at the reception was very friendly. He helped my husband print some very important documents. Zayneb the lady who was at the buffer area, I think she is for client service, she was very good with our baby. She helped us to get settled well for our breakfast too. This hotel is amazing. I would love to go back again.

Hotel is really 5 stars, room was clean, i like the towel dryer in the bathroom. But i think at least coca or water in the frigid could be free, but it wasn’t. Pool workers are the best.

This hotel in the heart of Rabat truly deserves a five-star rating, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to move around for my meetings. My room overlooked a lush garden with mature palm trees, providing a serene and picturesque view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room spacious enough, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. I appreciated the seamless airport pick-up, which set the tone for a great stay. The food was outstanding, especially the traditional Moroccan dishes, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. One standout touch was the use of argan oil in all the bathroom products—an authentic and luxurious detail. As a light sleeper, I especially valued how quiet it was at night. This hotel perfectly balances comfort, service, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
