Hamza and Rachid, the bagajistes, were always attentive and helpful, making my arrival and departure seamless. A special mention to Soufiane at the bar, whose friendly demeanor and excellent service added a wonderful touch to my evenings. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tangier

They treated us very kindly and professionally after we complained about the cleaning. The staff remained friendly and helpful until the very last minute. I will definitely return to this hotel to meet this lovely team again

The hospitality was outstanding , and every staff member was professional and welcoming , A special shoutout to the breakfast team , their service and cuisine were truly amazing , especially the Head F&B Supervisor “ Abdelmoughit“ , His professionalism and warm welcome truly stood out , He went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect and personally attended to our needs. It made our mornings extra special , A heartfelt thank you to the Coordinatrice F&D “Imane” for her warm smiles and genuine hospitality. She greeted us every morning with such kindness and always ensured our needs were perfectly taken care of , We were oft served almost every morning by “Reda “ in the breakfast team whose warm smile and kind welcome made each day start beautifully. He took care of us with such heart and dedication, ensuring everything was perfect. Additionally, I would like to extend a special thank you to Najwa, the cleaning staff member who took care of my room. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Barceló Tanger - New Opening 2022 overlooks the bay of Tangier and is opposite the beach. It enjoys a peaceful location just 25 minutes drive from the airport. The location is really great, right on the beach and just a 10-minute walk from the Medina. A big thank you to the reception team, especially Imane, Khaoula and Fatine they were so helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable
