Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

Beautiful place, excellent staff and, while not all staff members were equally experienced, it was an engaged team. Beautiful rooms, clean and well equipped and decorated. Great pool and location. Highly recommended, take the sailing boat trip with Hugo as your captain.

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.

Our Habitas Bacalar - Adults Only se nachází u moře v destinaci Bacalar a má soukromou pláž a bar. Had the best time, everything was perfect the bar, the service the deck on the lake. We extended our stay and will def go back!
