An excellent hotel. Lovely and quiet and nicely presented. The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast had a good selection even for a vegan. Pool was covered in the bar area so perfect whatever the weather (bit of a shock when you first get in). lovely views from the pool/bar and you can see the fountain show from there. Great location.
The staff were excellent. The lady poolside attendant was really lovely and friendly and we loved our little chats with her.

Newest 5 star hotel in Kuching. Stayed here during New Year's Eve and purposely chose the room with the view of the river for hopes of catching the midnight fireworks. Well, you could see them but it's a bit obstructed by other buildings, due to the location of the Sheraton. Other than that, it is a fancy new place. Staff were very friendly and did their best to be attentive.
