His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

The staff gave us the warmest welcome on our arrival. They were all so kind, considerate, and respectful. They made our 3 nights comfortable and very memorable. The food was exceptional, and they had a wide variety of meals to serve. I would definitely come back again but in better weather conditions. This place is a must stay if you're visiting Pokhara!

I loved our stay at Basera Boutique Hotel! Very good location in a calm and safe neighborhood close to ministries. Newari architecture all over the building, including the rooms and the pool. The food at the restaurant was authentic Nepali food, with high quality of raw materials and the opportunity to enjoy cultural nights with Nepali dances. I have to emphasize that the highlight of this hotel is definitely the amazing staff: smiley, always eager to help you (including airport transfer, taxi calling, guide and hiking reservations) and giving their best to make your stay in Kathmandu unforgettable!!!! Of course, in my next trip to Nepal I am going to stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

We returned from EBC trek and booked into Aloft. From start to finish we were impressed with the hotel. It’s in an ideal location in Thamel area. Rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant is incredible. Extremely comfortable beds. Beautiful smell/scent around entire hotel. The Swimming pool although it was on a different floor to sauna and steam room it was the highlight of our stay.
