When our room service was delayed and we raised the concern, he immediately took action—going above and beyond by even arranging complimentary van transportation to the airport. That level of service is rare, and it truly sets this hotel apart. The ambiance and location were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful experience.
