Impeccable staff from the doorman to the executive chef. We were in Manila for a wedding at the Sheraton Manila Bay and extended our stay by 4 days. It is a credit to the management that their people showed pure joy in executing their roles. The wedding ran like clockwork and was seamless from start to finish. Individual needs were met from room service to.cocktails by the pool. If you are looking for value for money with the most exceptional service, food, opulence and comfort stay here.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Okada is everything and more.. The Rooms are faultless 10 out 10 to the cleaners .. The bed is the most comfortablest I have every slept in...Forbes rate this Resort 5 stars 🌟 I believe the wonderful and helpful staff from cleaners to Concierge from Reception staff .. make this a 6 star resort in my mind...Salamat 🙏

This is an amazing 5 star hotel. It’s absolutely paradise. The location was incredible, the restaurant was superb, the spa as well. Fantastic service. Everyone in the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this incredible resort. It was quite expensive for the two nights we stayed but I think it is not overpriced, it is appropriate to the exceptional.

The access to the airport is fair enough. The front desk people were very professional, approachable, and helpful enough. The security guy who assisted me in checking out pulled some tricks out his sleeve and helped me get through with it with ease.. Isang malaking apir kay kuya guard, that was more than just a five star sevice! I could have done more. Hope to see you all on my next stay. Kudos to the whole hospitality team in general. They've done a tremendous 5-star job! b d

We paid a city view room.and we ended up staying with a view of a Brick wall . They moved us to a room with a slightly better view . Apart from that everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay!! Kudos to all hotel staff. Everyone was helpful , polite and accomodating. 5 stars for all hotel staff 🌟

The staff were very accommodating especially Kathy, given my flight was delayed for a day, they let my party check in prior to my arrival. Food was good and room was big enough with comfortable beds. I would come back, and would recommend to friends. 5 stars.

We always stay at this hotel every time we go for a vacation. Nice location, rooms are clean as expected for a 5 stars hotel. Prices are getting too expensive now.
