The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. (Kim: receptionist, Tung: receptionist and Sales: Jasmin). The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful. The attention to detail, comfort, and level of service made it a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The staff's attention was very good and attentive; they helped us with bus reservations, currency exchange, and getting a SIM card, which made the trip much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was much appreciated for sleeping. Good breakfast and a very good location—close to the center but not in the noisiest areas, making it more peaceful. They also give you recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Totally recommended.

The hospitality of the people especially when they offered to provide packed breakfast to all of us since our flight was very early at 5AM. Some other hotels will never mind if their guest is hungry or not as they are in such under pressure because of the early trip. Receptionists and Staff are very friendly and helpful. Outstanding great is Bach Nga, who speaks fluently english and cares for all your requests perfectly. Also I enjoyed the varied breakfast and dinner at their restaurant.
