Daisy at the reception really pays attention to the guests and their needs. She speaks very good English. She gave us very good recommendations on what restaurants to try in the old town. The hotel has bicycles that can be used to go to the old town.

The bikes are a little outdated, but were an incredible addition - we were able to bike the rice fields & enjoy the sights by bike. The hotel also helped my partner organise a happy birthday surprise.
