Hotel am Markplatz - Landgasthof Wratschko se nachází v centru vinařské vesnice Gamlitz na Jihoštýrské vinné trase, 3 minuty chůze od hradu. Although I’ve stayed just for 1 night passing through on my journey I was upgraded to a nice room which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. They also allowed me to have breakfast earlier in order to leave - very rich breakfast and nice restaurant I’ve experienced for dinner. Overall I can highly recommend this place, wish I’d have had more time to explore - next time :)

Das "Ferienhaus Eibiswald" Landhaus Refugium im Schilcherland - Sauna und Spa se nachází v destinaci Eibiswald a může se pochlubit balkonem s výhledem na hory a do zahrady. It's a home, away form home. The house is located in a quite town with a avery easy pace. The host greeted us and explained everything clearly, even though not entirely in English. The facilities are very convenient and has everything we need. The lawn is always tidy and there's plenty of space for children to play. Bedrooms with rustic yet home like feel. Owner catered for all our needs including the cot that was the best we had so far away from home. The kitchen was very useful for us as a family with two little kids. Easy and comfortable cooking and dinning, coffee and an evening drink of wine. Two super clean bathrooms. There's a hot tub outside, however we hadn't have the chance to use. The town has a swimming pool nearby (5 min drive). We couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks to the Arnfelser's.

We received the loveliest welcome from the whole team; we weren't driving, so they organized a pickup for us. The outdoor swimming pool is very pleasant in the hot summer ☀️ The best breakfast with mesmerising views of the valleys from the terrace - sometimes you can see the deer and rabbits running around below you. Great location for hiking and visiting local wineries 🍷

Landgut am Pößnitzberg se nachází uprostřed mírně zvlněných kopců Jihoštýrské vinařské oblasti, jen pár kilometrů od slovinských hranic. This hotel was in the middle of a winery. The staff were so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us many insights of where to visit in the surrounding area. We hired mountain bikes which I would recommend as a great way to see the surrounding countryside which was absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast choice is one of the best we have had anywhere. The room and facilities are first class and I would highly recommend a short break if ever visiting Austrian wineries.
