I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

Room was a great size for us as a couple. Hotel was next to the airport which was great for us as we didn’t want to stay in downtown, but was also right beside the hwy to Banff which we wanted. Hotel staff couldn’t of been friendlier and the man who checked us in couldn’t have helped us more (I didn’t get his name). the restaurant also had great food and opened late, and room service was available throughout the night.
