The hotel is ideally situated close to Bahnhofstrasse and Paradaplatz square, and it is also within walking distance of both the lake and the train station. The staff is terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. They all made me feel like I have a home away from home.

Next to Zurich’s centre, B2 Hotel Zürich provides stylish, air-conditioned rooms in a former brewery. I like everything about it. Might go back every year now.

I like the hotel design and the quality of products used. The highlight was the staff were beyond nice and helpful always kind and offering help and refreshment! Hilal,Beatriz were amazing in particular. The other staff also kind but I didn’t get the chance to know their names.

I just want to note the amazing staff of the hotel! I was there during my bday trip, and Thao & Nithiya were exceptionally kind to write me a personalized note with bday wishes! That was very sweet of you, ladies, thank you so much! ☺️ This sort of details tells you that the place cares about their guests.
