Plenty to eat and shop. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are spotless clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Shenzhen.

Location is 5 mins walk away from Tixiyulu Metro Station so it's super convenient to get around the city. Close to malls which are interconnected underground, all accessible from the metro station. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly. They have laundry services whereby you put in the washer on your own and fill in a form for the housekeeping staff to put in to the dryer for you and bring to your door. Super convenient if you are out whole day, just throw the dirty laundry in the washer, fill in the form and off you go!

The hotel staff were super friendly, responsive, and were incredibly accommodating. The check in process was very smooth and the host took us to our room. When I went to the front desk to purchase some water, the receptionist just gave me for free and made sure we have enough. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to Sea World, where lots of actions and great restaurants are located.

I just want to evaluate the hotel. First of all, I asked if there was a washing machine before booking. Every room is equipped with a washing machine and a laundry room. The facilities are very complete. At the beginning, I didn't take photos after check-in. I didn't take photos until I checked out. The room was a little messy. Hahahaha, but they are all real photos. The room is very spacious. The hand sanitizer is very fragrant and easy to use. It's still a big brand. The bed is very clean and soft. I don't want to get up when I sleep. The window view is not bad. It's a floor-to-ceiling window. Overall good. 5 points!

Location was in excellent proximity to the Import Export Hall which made is very simple to access. We were upgraded to a suite which was the best room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options for all culinary tastes and was very large to easy to find a table. I especially liked the omelette station. Coffee machines had average coffee. Premises were very nice and clean and the views out across the city from the higher floors were amazing. I also thought the amenities provided in the bathroom were very good with toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush and a variety of other articles provided. The bath in my room was amazing and a good size. Potable water replenished each day was also very good. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and provision of a steam iron and ironing board in the dressing area was well received.
