Extremely friendly and happy staff - Erick, Steven, Randall, Chef Leo, Katherine, Charlie, Melanny and Camila and all the other staff did such a great job and all went the extra mile. They make this place truly special.

We thought the main restaurant had a good choice of menu for our stay and the staff were so friendly. The spa pools were amazing and good also to have a normal pool to cool down on very hot days. Saw so much wildlife at the hotel too, Sloths and Toucans!

It is very closed to the airport located in a beautiful garden. so you can perfectly start your Costa Rica trip there. The breakfast was delicious and the stuff very friendly and helpful. We booked our car through the hotel. Bernie, the hotel owner, managed this for us in advance and the car was delivered in the morning directly to the hotel. This was great. We definitely recommend that hotel!

Lost Iguana Resort and Spa offers an outdoor pool, a gym and lush gardens with a maze. Each room has views of the Arenal Volcano, located just a 25-minute drive away. Absolutely beautiful spot in the rainforest close enough to the tourist activities, but distant enough for a complete disconnect. The view of the Arenal Volcano from our room was stunning. Facilities made of exquisite woodwork. Lots to see. Great pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Chachagua Rainforest Hotel je obklopen 121 hektary svěžího deštného pralesa a nabízí okouzlující ubytování a venkovní bazén. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Several warm pools for soaking and sipping a cocktail. Slides into one pool and the river. Big room with nice terrace (with outdoor bed and hammock, plus jacuzzi that we didn’t try. Set perfectly into the rainforest, with monkeys, birds, amazing wildlife. A wonderful end to a wonderful trip to Costa Rica.

Chato Arenal Lodge has a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and an amazing view from the restaurant. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.

Overall, it's an absolutely amazing experience that is well worth the cost for anyone interested in sustainability, farming or self-sufficiency.
