I have reached the hotel just after leaving airport building. The personnel was friendly and competent. The room was big and nice, equipped with coffee machine, cooler and enough drinking water. The bed was big and comfortable. There were slippers and bathrobe. The breakfast was very tasty. The dinner was very good.

The food was delicious and there was a wide choice. The room was bright and spacious, Loccitane products were prepared in the bathroom. The spa was well equipped. The Christmas decorations were particularly nice. The hotel paid attention to every little detail in terms of design.

We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new. Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby. If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!
