Calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation, what we desperately needed after demanding December at work and hectic days and traffic jams around New Years Eve. We absolutely recommend Superior Room with Balcony. Great staff, polite and friendly, even though we don't speak Hungarian and most of them are not quite good sith their English - they managed to resolve all requests. :))) Food was really good!

Housing a restaurant with Hungarian and international cuisine, a wellness area with a swimming pool and awaits you with air-conditioned rooms, Four Points by Sheraton Kecskemet Hotel and Conference... I liked the location. Very convenient to GAMF. The room was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We had a very pleasant one night stay there.

Nicely renovated, clean, large open spaces. Plenty of separation from outdoor smoking areas. The pools were clean and a good temperature for outdoors. Free onsite parking. Breakfast had sufficient variety and plenty of it. The staff (two lovely young women seemed to be running the show) were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Every request was answered with a smile and "yes of course". Even made me a sandwich and coffee at 10.30pm. I had booked for two nights, Saturday and Sunday but mucked up the dates so they were expecting us on the Friday. I asked if they could add a third night so we could still leave on Monday. "Yes of course"! Guess what? They refused to charge us more!

Everyone from the receptionists through the waiters to the wellness staff was extremely kind and professional. The location is top. Rooms can be perceived a little retro, but they’re very spacious. Breakfast and dinner selection is excellent - I loved their coffee. You could also ask extras and they’re happy to serve you. 🙏you can wake up every morning to the beautiful bells of the stunning historical churches playing bell concert.
