The staff service at the reception counter is friendly and nice. Always put on a smile and it make people feel very welcome, and also it is very near to airport. Easy to get transport from the hotel by calling grab or gojek. Hotel lobby is clean as well as room is also very clean, really pleasant stay at the hotel. There will be a staff at the door help to open the door for you at the lobby. Very thankful to 1 of the staff for helping me to press the lift when seeing my mother having difficulty with her eyesight and also walking problem. Really make my day :) I would rate 5 star for this hotel and staff really have excellent customer service and really make your day for staying at this hotel. It feel like family. Hotel room is really spacious too.

The hotel is fairly new compared to the surrounding areas, it’s modern, grand, has good facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc. the staff we’re helpful and friendly and also accommodating to me cancelling 2 of my 7 rooms that I booked for a large group, free of charge.

All the staff were friendly and professional and straight away I was given an upgrade to a sea view room which was fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning and the room I was in was huge. The facilites were all pretty good. The pool could be bigger but its more than sufficient. The cleaning staff did a great job and the location is perfect to explore Bengkulu. This hotel helped make my stay really enjoyable and is a great addition to the town. I can't wait to hopefully return in April.
