Always with a genuine interest asking how we are doing. The fact that the room was very comfortable, helped us getting better through this situation . Big thanks to all the staff!!!

The Place Is a family Friendly Safe space I had a Korean friend who suggested we check out the place and truly it was a hidden gem. I loved the way, the Rooms were cleaned, everyday got a fresh towel. The welcoming gift of fruits and juice was amazing. The Manager, Gideon and his Chef Victor went extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Would Definitely Recommend the place Anyday Anytime

Uber na letiště za 500 Kes a trvá 25 minut.Vzali jsme ho kvůli bazénu aby jsme měli kde se koupat , byl příliš studeny a chyběli lehátka k posezení na sluníčku .

The receptionists where amaizing and very helpful, same to security and waiters and waitresses... In general the Hotel stuff are the best. Am thankful to Yvonne with her patience when I checked in and I had issues with my card. And she also gave me an early offer which I could not resist. I would recommend to anyone who wants to come to Nairobi for leisure or business especially in CBD to come here. And the Sarit Centre being 5mins walk made lots of things easier and safe too. The breakfast is good too. Thank you!

The mini-bar(s) in the rooms are also well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, with a very moderate price tag to match. There's also a gym and a sauna on premise that truly deliver on their function and purpose. Airport transfers to and from the facility are also complimentary with every booking, and can also be arranged in advance via the concierge(s) on premise. I found this service to be quite effective for reliable and timely transfers in and out of the airport. All in all, an outstanding facility backed by it's excellent staff and facilities.
