Overall, it's a delightful spot with a unique charm that extends beyond the accommodations.

Romeu was a great help for us and saved our trip to the island. He was flexible and very attentive to our demands even though it was a last second change.

Every detail is exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, the warm welcome included an optional glass of port, the room has everything you need including a big fridge and balcony, the friendly staff were so helpful, the breakfast is probably the best we have ever had at a hotel (it includes free breakfast champagne). Everything was amazing. Shout out to Pedro for the warm welcome. We will be back here for sure. 10/10

The breakfast was super good and had a lot of different choices. The owners are very friendly and all of the staffs we interacted with were super nice and extremely polite. Very well situated and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

A special shoutout to João and Alexander, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable every single day. The hotel itself, carefully restored from two century-old buildings right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, combines artistic, stylish but calm design with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with fresh water and a fruit basket included, the spa area features a beautifully designed pool with large basalt arches, comfortable loungers, and a small sauna. "etc. Osteria Bar", the in-house restaurant, offers some of the best food we had on the entire island – a generous breakfast buffet in the morning and à la carte fine dining in the evening. Its quality and culinary creativity was consistently outstanding, yet prices never exceeded those of other restaurants by more than a couple of euros. NINE DOTS may be a small boutique hotel, but it excels in every way that matters – from its warm and attentive staff to its top-quality dining and inviting atmosphere, all at a great value. We would highly recommend it and would love to return!

The bedroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is a coffee corner. The breakfast is excellent! Every request is answered with a smile, professionally and immediately.
