You can see the test of time in some spots, but it adds to the authenticity of the property. Overall a very cool place!

Housed in a former monastery from the Middle Ages, this historic hotel is located on Lake Vättern in quaint Vadstena. Guests can relax with in the peaceful settings or at the on-site spa. Breakfast was very good, but over two days was served in two different locations and challenging to find.
