We enjoyed everything about our stay at Andalay! The villa was beautiful and spotless, the food was excellent, and the resort offered everything you might need - from two pools (including one for adults only) to a well-stocked mini-mart with fair prices. The staff were exceptional: incredibly helpful and friendly. The resort has its own private beach with fantastic views, and the sunbeds and beach towels are included in the price. The island itself is a hidden gem, offering complete peace and quiet. An ideal destination for both couples and families.

The hotel has family rooms. Very well situated away from the main strip which is quite deserted anyway. Just across the road from a beautiful empty beach, although some of the sand might look dark and grey after the beautiful soft sand it’s perfect for swimming. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool is not big but just perfect. The staff were excellent and the food too. Quite small but a perfect hideaway after busy Phuket! Would certainly recommend if you want peace and quiet. The national park is beautiful too.

There is also a really nice stretch of coral reef right in front of the resort, about a 100 metre wade offshore with clownfish in anemones and parrot fish - really beautiful for snorkelling. The room was brand new, and all have beach views. It's an island where everything is more expensive, but it is worth it. Plus the included breakfast was excellent.
