Staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations as well.

This luxury resort is 5 minutes’ walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It boasts an outdoor rooftop lap pool, hot tubs and an on-site bar and restaurant. Free WiFi is offered in all accommodations. The hotel's location, breakfast service, and fitness center were exceptional. I plan to return to this property during my next visit to Vail.

Very customer focused staff. Stephen their concierge was amazing at providing options for dining and scheduling activities.

Situated in the Vail Village, 200 metres from Gondola One, Tivoli Lodge features accommodation with slopeside access. It offers a deluxe daily breakfast and a cocktail lounge. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and attention to detail, such as coffee, hot chocolate and cookies provided free of charge during the day in the lobby. Outdoor hot tub was opened a few minutes after requested, offering an extraordinary relaxation option after skiing. A one-hour late check out at no cost was offered, but we ended up opting for a longer late check out at an extra cost, which was very convenient for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of Vail! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for our entire trip. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly accommodated to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the view out of the large window overlooking the pool. The heated pool was a great place to relax the quiet afternoon away. The staff were also very accommodating when it came to parking - once we had parked, we were just steps away from exploring all that Vail has to offer. One of the best things about this hotel is its central location, putting us steps away from Vail's pedestrian area. We left the car behind as we could easily walk anywhere we wanted to enjoy. We can't wait to return!
