The area is beautiful, the campground is being kept clean. Online check in was very convenient, since we arrived quite late. But everything was ready for us and very uncomplicated.

The sense of freedom, peace, tranquility and calm provided in this place can hardly be found elsewhere. Few minutes walk to access kilometres of beach. A longer walk to the center of Palmar as the place is a bit on the town limits, but doable overall. A car would definitely make your journey easier, particularly to move around beaches and nearby locations. You can park securely in front of the van. Even if it's partially outdoors, van and place overall were really clean. BBQ provided and recommended. See you soon José.

Casa La Siesta is our favourite hotel in the world. It’s like staying inside a warm hug. It’s stunningly beautiful. The staff are outstanding. The surroundings are fabulous. It was perfect.

This property was the perfect place for a complete disconnect: set in the middle of nowhere in the Andalusian countryside, surrounded by the sound of nature. The property has everything we needed (even a hairdryer) for our 2 night stay, however it isn’t close to anything so we made sure to stock up on food / water before we got there. The shower provides hot water and even thought it was cold outside, the tiny cabin was warm and cosy with plenty of sheets, pillows and pullovers if we had been cold. The cabin was clean and the host was super helpful, making sure everything was ok with our arrival, sending us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It’s worth noting that there is a cabin right behind the tiny cabin, however we still had total privacy and they offered to help should we need anything. The road to the cabin is a country road so be aware of this as it can get quite bumpy (we have a 4x4 and we’re too worried).
