I absolutely loved every single aspect of this paradise spot. Randomly I found this place - it was surely meant to be that i ended up here for 3 nights. I searched for a calm spot in Bali and this area came up and straight away I fell in love as soon as I saw the photos. I had tears when I saw this place, because I was so touched of its beauty. The people working there were all extremely friendly, lovely, and so helpful. I loved the fire at night, the fresh river, the amazing food, I had Gado Gado, a cappuccino, fresh fruit every morning, pizza and beer and it was all delicious. The tent was amazing, the bed very comfortable, it had all i needed and the toilets and showers so clean and natural Come here if you just want to relax and wind down in a quiet peaceful spot. I'd also recommend to not tell too many people (social media) about this as we want to keep it a well kept secret and not the New Ubud. ;) To do there: cooking classes at Natya River, massages from professional masseur Wayan, or also ricefield tours (2hours) with Wayan, rafting in the river (different river nearby) and lots more Thank you everyone who made it my best holiday and I'll be back next year xoxo

We loved our stay here. The pool, the sunbeds, the bed, the restaurant, the breakfast, the location, the bathroom,...everything was amazing. The view was superb and out of this world! But above all the people who work here are the kindest, most helpful and respectful people we've ever met.

Very quiet place. The hosting family are very nice couple. They lent us traditional clothing called “sarog “, which you need to enter the temple. The accommodation is very nice and it is close to the Besakih temple, the base position to the Mont Agung volcano. We sleep in wood cabine with incredible wiew and amazing wiew and outdoor shower with hot water.

The restaurant has a magnificent view on the nature of Bali. The villas are located a bit lower in the middle of the jungle. The villa is really cute and comfy. You really feel alone in there. It is perfectly made for its purpose: a stay in the middle of the Balinese nature. We absolutely loved everything, including the food at the restaurant that propose Italian and Mexican food. The service is amazing. Edi was always here for us whenever needed, advising us on what to visit around Sidemen. Always smiling and really welcoming! We met the owner of the place who was truly nice to us making sure we’re having a nice time. We highly recommend it if you’re a nature lover !

The tent is impeccably designed, blending modern comfort with natural elegance, surrounded by the lush Balinese jungle and rice fields. A significant highlight of our stay was the hospitality of Federico, the owner, whose kindness and charisma truly enhanced my experience. He even took me on a wonderful run through the surrounding rice fields and jungle, offering insights into the stunning landscape that surrounds the glamping site. The 28 staff members were consistently attentive, friendly, and ready to assist, making us feel welcomed and cared for at all times. The amenities at Sandat are equally impressive. We enjoyed exceptional meals, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The service extended to poolside massages right in front of our tent, a luxurious and relaxing touch that added to the indulgence. Additionally, the daily yoga sessions were conducted with great professionalism and sensitivity, either complimentary or available by reservation, providing a perfect start to the day. The complimentary shuttle service to Ubud’s numerous attractions made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable, adding another layer of ease to our stay. The logistics and arrangement were extremely easy and pleasant. Staff created a WhatsApp group upon check-in through which all requests, bookings and servicing was facilitated. Different staff members were syncing information on the background to minimize hassle and offer a pleasant experience.
