Liked everything. Perfect location on the outskirts of Kotor. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings are magnificent. Friendly cats. Welcoming owners. Next morning owner greeted us with fresh strawberries from her garden.

This place is just so beautiful. it has a restaurant right on the edge overlooking the most beautiful nature and you can walk to the Lipa cave centre which takes you to the caves via a small train. Really friendly staff and if you stay in the little hut, it’s super comfortable and when you check out the back window you see moss and trees. Was a good for the soul trip.

Excellent location, perfect for reaching Budva and Kotor, as well as several beaches, while remaining immersed in nature and tranquility. The tents are spacious and clean, equipped with every comfort. The staff is friendly and always nice. We loved every minute of our staying. N.B: Breakfast was truly excellent!

The host and his family are so kind and friendly, i felt very welcomed and even received vegetables from the farm and homemade cakes The little mobile home is absolutely perfect, its equipped so well and is very clean The place is quiet and calm and has a big area to sit outside in the garden were you can see the family’s sheep and a cat is greeting you in the morning!! 🥹
