The property was conceptualized and kept to have a very small impact on the environment, allowing the guests to have a full Patagonian experience. We experienced most of the elements, the hike up/down, sun, rain, rainbow, starry night, exceptional view of Chalten, and of course 115kph gust of wind during your sleep. For someone who loves the outdoors - this is your refuge in Patagonia with comfort without missing out on the “experience/adventure!” Oh, without forgetting the food - had the best “Banana Split Cake!” Highly recommended if you’re looking for a different level of Patagonian experience!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was out of this world delicious! The area was so beautiful to explore and close to hiking trails. The staff made a fire for us every night and put hot water bottles to heat our bed. We had a beautiful time in our clean, cozy, stylish room enjoying a view of Fitz Roy and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much Camp Chalten!!!! P.S. They gave us champagne for our anniversary! Such a nice little surprise!! 🫶🙏☺️

Amazing food, such lovely and inspiring hosts and an unforgettable riding experience. All for an affordable price compared with other estancias. We are feeling recharged for moving on with our travel. Thanks a lot!!

FITZ CAMP - Glamping agreste - Base Cerro Fitz Roy se nachází v destinaci El Chalten. Ve všech ubytovacích jednotkách je posezení a jídelní kout. Great opportunity to camp without bringing any additional equipment on our hike and visit Laguna de los Tres at sunrise. Staff gave us great ideas about which routes to take beforehand. Food at the camp was nice. The views of the Fitz Roy and the river behind the camp were amazing. Tents were comfy and clean.

Very friendly and attentive staff and great food. The washrooms were cleaned round the clock! The tents were a bit older and worn, but the location on the river was lovely. Nice quiet place to stay with close access to trailheads.

This trailer home is set in a fully refurbished train boxcar, equipped with kitchen facilities and a TV. the trailer home was perfect- small but a very comfortable cheaper option. perfect for 2 or 3 people. Diego and Natalia helped us with everything, were flexible and let us keep bags in reception for the day after we checked out.
