Providing free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a bidet. Clean, spacious, comfortable and have everything we needed We stayed one night and there was heavy snow but the dome was still warm. We took all our food with use as there isn't much locally. The owner arranged our cab to collect us in the morning and take us to Mishima station. It cost £150. Very helpful and friendly.

Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave in the well-equipped kitchenette. The tent also comes with a barbecue. The most comfortable beds in our three week trip! Amazing view of Mt. Fuji!!!

The host was great. Able to answer all of our questions and calls 24/7. She also supported us in finding transportation services. Very kind and supportive.

This family room features a kitchenware, CD player and electric kettle. Free WiFi access is available. The kids squealed with delight as they walked into the room. The climbing wall and swing chair helped get some of that 5 year old energy out in the morning and before bed. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Facilities in the room made the stay super comfortable. And convenience items were available at the front desk.

My stay at Hotel Soyokaze was truly wonderful! Located in Echoland, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and a convenience store, making it super convenient. Plus, the free shuttle bus to Hakuba’s top ski resorts is just a 1-minute walk away (some stops are about 3 minutes), making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes. One of the best surprises was the room—it looked even better than in the photos! Clean, cozy, spacious room, and well-maintained, it was a perfect retreat after a long day in the snow. The private onsen was another highlight, which you can book at your preferred time—a perfect way to relax after a long day in the snow. They also offer discounted ski lift passes, which is a great bonus for skiers and snowboarders. But what really made my stay exceptional was Taka’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. His pick-up and drop-off service was a lifesaver, and he even helped carry my heavy luggage to my room and onto the car—something that not every hotel would do. His warm and welcoming nature truly made me feel at home, and his dedication to making guests comfortable is beyond impressive. If you're looking for a hotel with great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality, Hotel Soyokaze is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Tucked into a little side street but walking distance to the lake and all the things around it. The view was amazing and unobstructed from room D. Loved the space and the tent itself was large with a great big bed made up of 4 singles! The spa/ cold/ sauna was great and the cooking facilities in the room - bbq, microwave etc would be great if you came for a week long stay with friends. We didn’t use it but the fire pit at night when it’s a bit cooler weather would also make for a nice stay.

Among the room amenities are air conditioning, a dining area, an electric kettle as well as an outdoor dining area and mountain views. The unit offers 4 beds. This place is beautiful 😍 wished we had more time here. The host was so kind and spoke really good English. It got down to 4 degrees over night, but the heater kept us toasty and warm.
