The room condition was great and spacious. We were with my 6 year-old son and only booked a wide double bed which was huge enough for three of us, but they provided us with an extra single bed at no cost which we appreciated very much. Also during the stay it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a present. How sweet of them!! This is new hotel, so all facilities are clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, we could walk to Bontoncho, Simo gawa, Nishiki Market and other places without any hassle. We definitely would stay here again when we come back to Kyoto. This is a room in a cruiser boat. All guests must wear life jackets when walking across the pier. Guests are requested not to use the shower, toilet and kitchen facilities while the boat is docked. nice hotel！ Best scenery and great service!

We were upgraded from a tent site to an interior building site. It had a heater and attached to a shared kitchen. The restroom was next door and a hot shower was in the next building a few steps away. We had a quiet, restful evening and woke up to birds singing.
