And the staff is warm and professional and made sure that we for our anniversary also got a surprise from the lodge. We stayed in room 6 (thanks to others for mentioning this in their review) which has a stunning view, even better than the rest of the rooms. The common areas are well taken care of and have everything you need. We did a sunset hike (not a hike actually, it took 10 mins to get up to the small peak from the lodge), where you have an unobstructed view of the plains below the mountains during sunset. Here we could also observe a family of 18 baboons playing a hundred meters from us.
