Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, even more beautiful than the photos. It's truly special to watch the wildlife at the waterhole right from your breakfast table or poolside lounger. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the game drives with Thomas! Thomas is an incredible guide who knows everything about the animals and nature, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible for his guests. We stayed here during winter time but they opened the heated pool. We swam next to impala’s. It was amazing. Rooms are larga and clean.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Shayna, Emma and Angela were great hosts and guides, the staff was awesome and the Chef is GREAT! Safe and delicious place for vegans! The game drives were very nice and fun, the girls know their bush! We got to see the big five in only 2 days. The cabin was nice and cozy, even though it gets pretty hot during the day (at night it becomes bearable with the fan on). Good hot shower! The elephants in the pool are breathtaking and the highlight of this amazing place.

They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge.
