A very recommended choice of resort in Bintan. We booked a garden view 2-bedroom apartment. It was lovely, overlooking the beach of Lagoi. Food was amazing and the staff were all sincere and nice.

Boasting a private beach area, Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan is located in Lagoi, northern of Bintan Island. The property offers villas with air-conditioned bedrooms and private pools. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

The villa was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with a private swimming pool that felt like our own little sanctuary. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, offering serene ocean views and lush greenery in every direction. Each of the restaurants we tried served delicious food, with a variety of options to please our taste buds. What really set the experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!

Set on the beaches of Lagoi, this resort offers chalets with a thatched roof, a private terrace and garden or sea views. It houses a spa and provides free WiFi. Mayang Sari is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are so helpful and friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. The accommodation is of a high standard and there is a great choice of restaurants. It really is a piece of paradise. It was very quiet as we were in the rainy season, but that suited us as we were relaxing after 5 weeks travelling around New Zealand.

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG se nachází v destinaci Lagoi a poskytuje ubytování s venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a zahradou. It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

It was an amazing stay amidst beautiful surrounding, excellent seafood restaurants, in room spa service and a very courteous staff.
