The host was very warm and friendly — he even came to meet me at the corner when I was about to arrive. 2. The room facilities were new, and so were the living room and kitchen — everything was just great! (Especially having a washing machine — it’s really convenient for pilgrims!) 3. It’s a short walk from the attractions, restaurants, and supermarket, about ten minutes on foot, which is quite convenient. I had a wonderful rest here during my journey along the VF pilgrimage route.

Our room was very nice, spacious, and clean, with all the amenities you need. The outdoor space was amazing. Large terrace, lovely gardens, and a beautiful pool. Everything was so peaceful. Roberta and Marco were great hosts, along with their staff. Very friendly and helpful for making it an unforgettable experience. It was a pleasure, and I hope to stay there again.

The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need during your stay (even a first aid kit, that was really helpful)🤍 Although not in a central location, we were able to easily go to the centre via metro (Line A). It’s literally 3-4 minutes away. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Will definitely choose Appia rooms once I’m in Rome again.

Our stay at the tower was truly unforgettable. The room was not only beautiful, but also full of character, with a unique charm that made the whole experience feel very special. The tower itself is stunning, a perfect blend of history and comfort, and we felt immediately at home. Gianluca was very kind, attentive, and very willing to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served at a lovely little café nearby, where we enjoyed delicious coffee and a pastry. Overall, everything was perfect: the place, the atmosphere, and above all the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Italy.
