Great apartment in a very nice and central location of La Spezia. Also the hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We had a really great time here and would definitely recommend!

Great location for getting around (approx 800 metres from the train station) and relatively quiet considering it's close to the main cafe/restaurant and shopping area. Mara is the most wonderful host - so helpful, fun and had great recommendations for the area. The apartment is beautiful, lots of antique touches and thoughtful details - coffee machine, tea, toaster, jug, mini kitchen, beautiful glassware and crockery, bathroom toiletries, and a little plate of welcome focaccia and a bottle of wine! My daughter (my travel buddy) and I didn't want to leave. Key collection was easy - we messaged over whats app and met the host at the property for the keys and a quick tour/guide of the apartment with instructions on how to get in and out, use lift, etc (as the accom is in a beautiful old residential building). Highly recommend. I would stay again!

Mara, the host, was warm and friendly. She gave us a fantastic welcome and helped us with recommendations and reservations to local restaurants! It felt like a home away from home :)

Villa Bellosguardo Apartments se nachází v destinaci La Spezia a nabízí bazén, zahradu, terasu a výhled na město. V ubytování je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Ubytování odpovídá přesně fotkám i popisu. Měli jsme opravdu velký apartmán, největší devízou celého ubytování je naprosto luxusní výhled, to se opravdu musí nechat. Z balkónu člověk kouká na moře a hory. La Spezia nebyla přes stromy moc vidět, ale to nevadilo. Celkový pohled byl vidět od bazénu. Kuchyň byla velmi dobře zařízená, měli jsme troubu (nevyužili jsme) i velkou myčku, k dispozici jar, hadřík i utěrka. Společná pračka se také hodila, měli jsme jí hned za dveřmi. Chyběla mikrovlnka, tak halt dětin neměly popcorn. Bazén byl naprosto úžasný, bohužel pouze v omezených hodinách. Večer do 18.30 nevadilo, protože večer už bylo celkem chladno, ale ráno by si tam člověk šel rád zaplavat, ale otevíral se až v 10. S povinností čepice. U bazénu dostatek lehátek, lehátka jsme měli i na balkóně. Kapitola sama pro sebe byla cesta nahoru, pro větší vozidla to je asi výzva, ale věděli jsme o tom, takže žádné překvápko. Je hodně na samotě, takže jídlo/pití je nutné nakoupit dopředu, kolem není žádná restaurace ani obchod. Ubytování se nám líbilo moc
