Incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts, they offered us complimentary snacks and brandy upon arrival. Great room with huge balcony. Kitchen also available although there isn't a fridge. Beautiful location in the countryside and the hosts were happy to drop us in the nearby town or bus stop free of charge. A wonderful place to stay.

We were welcomed by Sahak and Jasmine, the best example we found of Armenian hospitality. They don't speak English (they know Armenian and Russian), but Sahak is an expert using Google Translator, and we understood each other fine. Sahak has been extremely helpful advising places to visit, booking taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Jasmine is a wonderful chef: you must try her breakfast!! We liked it so much we asked for a recipe. She also let us use her washing machine: this was greatly appreciated! The room is exactly as shown on the photos. We had our own private access at ground floor (the hosts live on the first floor). The door opens to a small hallway: the bedroom is on the left, private bathroom on the right (all 3 areas of our exclusive use). The room has air conditioning, although we used it only for 15 minutes: the room stays cool, although it was 35 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. It's very easy to move around: a taxi in town costs 500 AMD (roughly 1.25 € in August 2024). 1,000 AMD to the restaurants around Yeghegnadzor.

Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!

Liviti it is nit only the place, but it is family, hospitality, wonderful people and great place to rest. Everything was excellent during our stay. It was the best place in Armenia where we stayed in. Wonderfull owners and their charmiing three daughters with great open hearted for people, guest, travellers. The accommodation is wonderful, in a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The room had everything we needed and was tastefully furnished – we felt very comfortable and at home. The guesthouse also offers wine tasting, which is definitely worth trying. I’d also recommend having breakfast in the garden – it’s super cozy, and you might even get some sweet four-legged company.:) We truly loved staying here, highly recommend it to everyone – and a big thank you for everything! :)
