This place really exceeded my expectations The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The stairs were a bit creeky, but for me added to the experience of staying at a 150 year old hotel. Staff were really nice! Strongly recommend to solo travelers who are used to shared bathrooms!

It’s not like a hotel, it’s like you stay with your friends or closes. Rosy and her husband were super friendly, hospitable and positive! Facilities were exceptional, every necessary detail was well-thought-about. So tasty breakfast with cakes, handmade by Rosy! Location is convenient for traveling to Hallstatt and Salzburg, all public transport stops are in front of the hotel. The only regret is that we had just one night there.

Very close to bus stop and boat stop, room was well maintained and very comfortable, the view from our room wasn’t exactly perfect but it was lovely. They have their own restaurant in the same building and it could help you to have lunch and dinner because most of restaurants are closed around 7pm. Especially the breakfast was amazing, you can have plenty of choices and nice coffee.
