Pension Am Heusteig was an excellent place to stay while in Stuttgart. The staff were excellent who were friendly and helpful our whole stay. The room was nice, warm, and snuggly with a nice clean bed. No complaints. Breakfasts were very fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was in a good location - just a bit out of the way, but within 10 to 15 minutes we were where we needed to be.

The location was great, only 3 tram stops from the main station, and you can easily walk there in 15 minutes too. The staff was very helpful. In my case, due to an unforeseen cancellation, I had to move my booking with Gästehaus Ziegler to a later date, and they changed my booking swiftly and with no issues (even though I had not booked any cancellation or rescheduling options).

- Very good location, right in front of the train station, (Filderstadt Bahnhof). - The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They understood and spoke English well. - The room was clean and in perfect condition when I arrived. The attached toilet/shower was also clean and had all the expected supplies, except a toothpaste. - The room had an electric kettle with coffee and tea sachets. It would be nice to have 2-3 extra sachets. Overall 10/10, I would love to stay here again and would recommend my friends the same.
