Apsolutno nam se sve dopalo u ovom apartmanu. Sam apartman je veći u odnosu na druge objekte koje smo gledali u ovom mestu a i ima parking mesto, koje je nama bilo jako bitno, jer smo dolazili kolima. Apartman je nov, kreveti udobni, sve je čisto i svakodnevno se čisti a na tri dana se menjaju peškiri i posteljina. U samom apartmanu nemate mnogo posuđa, ali zato imate odlične restorane pored plaže sa svežom ribom i kvalitetnim mesom. Supruga gospodina Kostasa pravi savršen doručak koji zaista ne treba propustiti a i koji se poslužuje na velikoj zajedničkoj terasi, okruženi cvećem sa pogledom na more. Naš jedini večernji izlazak je bio do terase našeg apartmana, jer smo uživali u miru i tišini. Plaža u Agios Ioannisu je na pet minuta hoda, odnosno, oko 170 stepenika, nizbrdo i isto toliko nazad. Plaža Papa Nero je na nekih 900 m udaljenosti. Imate i plažu Plaka, koja je očaravajuća, ali do nje se već mora kolima doći. Ukoliko su stepenice problem i do ove dve plaže se može doći kolima. Davno se nisam tako odmorila kao u apartmanu Aegean Blue. A i sam Agios Ioannis ima neku ležernu, opuštajuću energiju.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, ΣΑΣ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ ΠΟΛΥ 🙏

Awesome location. The apartments on the top of the hill has the most wonderful view. Room was nice and clean, had everything we need. Staff was very friendly. Beaches are in two minutes walk. I would recommend it.

This hotel completely amazed us – not only with its incredible location and comfort but especially because of the unique owner and her daughter, who took care of us like we were part of their own family throughout our stay. The owner and her daughter are the heart and soul of this place. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with smiles and immediately showed us what true Greek hospitality is all about. Their kindness and willingness to help were absolutely exceptional. We truly felt at home! To Limanaki is a little paradise. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We had a stunning view of the sea, which reminded us every day of how great a decision it was to choose this place. We had a truly wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to George, our host. He was one of the most polite and genuinely helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience—offering thoughtful recommendations on places to visit, dine, and explore in the area. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a variety of delicious, handmade local products that gave us a true taste of the region. The entire staff was equally warm and accommodating, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Amanita guesthouse has set the bar very high for the rest of our trip! The place and setting are an absolute delight. The hosts are amazing and so caring for their guests and their garden. The place has so much charm and good energy, the food is amazing as the ingredients come directly from their garden. They adorably prepared a goody bag for us as we were leaving very early on our last day. Thank you amanita for this amazing reenergising experience, we hope to be back soon!
