I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming homestay! The location was truly unbeatable, situated right on the path to the waterfall trekking route and the rice fields. It was incredibly convenient for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, allowing easy access to breathtaking trails. What truly made my experience special was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the host family. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering helpful local tips. One of the most touching gestures was their willingness to drive me around on their scooter. Since I didn't have a means of transportation and the road was not very friendly to walk, this unexpected act of generosity allowed me to explore the area more safely, adding immeasurable value to my stay. The room itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and I the shower had plenty of hot water. I truly recommend this homestay, it's an ideal choice for travelers seeking an authentic, welcoming, and convenient base for exploring the natural beauty of the area.

Our stay was fabulous. Kaia and Carol are truly exceptional. They helped us with everything and are very attentive; now we feel like friends. We were super comfortable; it's quiet and you can go to the beach. It's a great homestay for a few days; we ended up extending our stay to two weeks!

Location was very peaceful, with beautiful views over the rice fields. The garden was very well taken care of and we had a chance to taste various fruits. We even enjoyed a fish pond. Very good healthy breakfast. Munduk area is very good for experiencing authentic Bali and enjoying the jungle. Mr Wayan is an exceptional host, we felt very welcomed.

Nita , gandya and the entire staff was amazing. They actually were so genuine and cared about us. Small things like fixing helmet, to making sure the road is clear for us to go, to ensuring we had a pleasant day... The staff went over and beyond their roles. The food was incredible. We actually did not go anywhere else for dinner and lunch and only ate at Gumi Ayu. Turmeric rice with curry was heavenly. Lovely location and weather made the overall stay one of the best stays ever.

This place is just magic and I can tell you already that pictures on booking do not reveal it enough. When you arrive here the first reaction is: whaou!!! Rooms are so beautiful bed is comfy and bathroom so huge. Here there is only three rooms you will feel like alone. There is nothing to do at walking distance but doesn’t matter you got everything here. The food is so good and really affordable they do not kill you with the price even if they could because nothing around. Breakfast is the best I had in Bali . I do advise to take smoothie ball or pancakes. If you want to walk there is a beautiful trek to see waterfalls that are amazing. To finish I would like to thanks all the people that work here. They made everything for us to make us happy and they manage. Thanks Komang and for sure if we come back to Bali you will see us again!

We only had the opportunity to do one night in this accomodation. I wish we had the time to stay in Munduk and relax in Bali Bening. Everything was super, cannot complain. Owner is wonderful. We arrived very very late and he was there waiting for us. Nice place, nice people HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
