The location of this hotel is very attractive. You can roam around all the ghats just by getting down 20 mitres. Great ambiance. Very supportive owners especially Divyanshu and Aishwarya. Staying at Sona's guest house was a lovely experience. She is a great host - she helped us get an Indian SIM card, organised a sunrise boat tour for us, got a load of laundry ready for us in 24 hours and gave us the most amazing and entertaining cooking class. She and her family took very good care of us and made sure we were safe and happy at all times. The room was simple and clean and the location is very convenient, just a short walk away from Assi Ghat and close to many restaurants and amenities. If you're looking for simple, no-frills accommodation in Varanasi with thoughtful hosts and lots of extra services available, this is the right place for you.
