Beautiful apartment - very nicely decorated and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and accomodating. Right next to the ferry port which was great for easy access if coming in from the ferry. Air conditioning to keep the room cool which was a must. I had a great stay!

The owners are exceptionally kind and professional. Location is very good, close to bus, metro and train. The room was amazing and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. All the facilities in the rooms are brand new and high quality, we will definitely visit again! We were there for 8 nights and did not want to leave!

The property is in a stunning and unique location, with boats moored up outside your balcony. Communication with Francesca was excellent from the start. She met us at the car park, showed us to the private space, and walked us to the property. She was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. If I ever return to Genoa, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious, modern, and had a lot of light. It also had a coffee machine and a kettle. Bathroom was also large and nice. The entrance was keyless, which simplified going in and out the room.
