Jose went above and beyond to help us out whilst we stayed here! Was super communicative, and helped us order taxis to the bus station early in the morning, looked after our bags whilst we went on an overnight tour on the lake and so much more! Showers were hot, and beds super comfy! We had the breakfast before our early morning tour which was also great. Would highly recommend staying here :)

The room was exactly like in the pictures. The owner shared with us many useful information (how to get around the city, how to reach the airport), he booked for us a good, well priced tour to Uros island. The accomodation was worth every cent. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was above expectations for Peruvian standards. We felt welcome and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if coming back to Puno. This place truly deserves it's rating.

The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

the place was really clean. you get a properly hot shower with nice towels. breakfast is nice with lots of fresh fruits. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. we had to extend one day because of visa issues and that was no problem at all… they even let us use their computer and printer! cannot recommend enough.

Very hospitable hosts!! We arrived and they made us hot chocolate, then served us personally for breakfast outside of their usual breakfast hours as we had an early tour. Very welcoming.

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING First of all the extreme kindness and genuine care The location that is in a real part of Puno, not touristy and yet really central, close to everything you need, and especially the bus/train stations are a walking distance And yet really quiet Amazing beds and covers, and hot showers Hot water for teas too Simple, homemade delicious and filling breakfast I recommend 200% And will be looking forward to booking again if I visit Puno again!
