El Gasthof Engelhof está junto a una parada de autobús urbano, a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Gmunden, y alberga un restaurante a la carta de cocina regional e internacional, un bar y una bodega. Room was fantastic. Very modern including bathroom. Bed was fab 🥰... so confortable. Even though I missed booked dates for the stay, they're very kind to facility me with a room. Breakfast was more then I wished for and staff they couldn't be nicer. Parking for free on the other side of the road. One think to keep in mind the place it's a bit away from the town. It didn't bother me as I love walking and been out. The trip to the town it's a must and takes approx 15 mind. To note: I didn't have food with them beside breakfast but the restaurant was buzzing all evening. So definitely sound of food Austrian food 😋

The first thing I'd like to say is that everything was very clean. Even the obviously old items were clean and bright. We really enjoyed that. Our room overlooked the river and mountains, and it was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned and the towels changed on our second day. The breakfast, included in the price, was very good. The omelets were especially delicious. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything that would make our trip easier. If you're traveling by car, the property has parking. The location is a reasonable distance from Hallstatt. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, I definitely recommend this place.
