The tea supplies were a lovely touch. We appreciated the air conditioning & that it was turned on for our arrival (especially on such a hot day). It was nice that there was a fan & power board in the cupboard.

The room was clean and same with the bathroom and I’m glad there was aircon in there. Free WiFi was available and the tv was easy navigate and didn’t just have normal tv channels on it. I expected it to be noisier downstairs at the pub but it wasn’t really.

Beautiful house, great location and very clean. Very comfortable for a family of 5 and a puppy.The front alfresco was great to sit and chat and the one at the back was great if you want to have a bbq. Would definitely return.
