When we went to Tayrona Park after, the owner helped us getting a ride with motor taxis and when it turned out I forgot something, he send a motor to bring it to us at the entrance to the park.

The price is really good and the owner is amazingly helpful. Highly recommend using this as your starting point. Take a swim in the river 5 minutes walk from the compound!

It's a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and quiet and amazing views. The rooms had a balcony with stunning views, so did the shared terrace. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, they have a water refill station which is amazing as it reduces the amount of plastic and is very handy. The room is spacious, basic but has everything one needs. There's only cold water, but it's everywhere in this part of Colombia, just be prepared. We loved the location as it's away from the noise and pollution of Minca, but close enough to a couple of good restaurants (you must try the Japanese place 2 minutes away, the food was extra delicious and the owners are so lovely). The hidden waterfall is walkable distance too and it was our favourite one of them all - almost no people, clean and deep enough to swim. Another MUST DO is a visit to Plan B, it's a farm nearby where they do tours. It was the best experience we had so far.
