It's a large, neat colonial house (bungalow style). All rooms are private with bathroom and arranged around a very lush courtyard. It's spacious and well-kept, fully a equipped kitchen and a Peri grocery store at the corner. Lots of couches and books to read. The host doesn't live on site but is super friendly and responsive. There's a bus stop at the corner with plenty of busses bringing you to the center. Overall, it's the comfort of a hotel with the convenience of a hostel.

White/red wines in the room (extra charge 20$). In the room you may find sort of guide-book with description of the place and nearby attracions. Tarace with nice view on the garden with airmchairs, coffeetable and barchairs. Next to the entrance there was hamak and picnic table. Great thing was small shower where you could clean your shoes. Short trails around the garden to see e.g. small waterfalls. Super swimmingpool with shower, deckchairs, toilet and bar nearby, The host was great - he gave us a hint to watch turtles on the nearby beach.

Viator tours had picked me up here which was awesome and the transport organized was excellent as well.
