I recently stayed at this charming property on a brief one‑night trip from Germany, and I couldn’t have been more delighted: Arrival & Check‑In - Despite my late‑night arrival—just before midnight—the owner was patiently waiting and greeted me warmly. I had notified them of my delay in advance, and they kindly accommodated my schedule without a hitch. Room & Upgrade - I originally booked the most economical room, but to my surprise and delight I was upgraded free of charge to their best suite. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed—exactly what I needed for a good night’s rest. Dining & Atmosphere - Even though the restaurant was technically closed, they graciously reopened it for me and treated me to a complimentary beer. The décor is like stepping into a 1960s–70s American museum: quirky, cozy, and utterly captivating. Free coffee is available all day, and I enjoyed sipping it in their lovely garden nook. Hidden Gem: Home Cinema - As a final treat, I discovered a small private home cinema with a handful of ultra‑comfortable seats—a delightful surprise I wasn’t expecting! This place exceeded every expectation—from the friendly service and spotless rooms to the unique dining space and secret cinema. I will absolutely return on my next trip and plan to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone seeking warmth, comfort, and a touch of nostalgia in a beautifully curated setting!

Cleanliness, the lication was awesome overlooking the lake, and a very large garden, and it was just in the middle between 2 towns 10 mins by car. The whole area was a farming area , very frienldy neighbourhood. VERY QUIET at night which was fantastic for me.

The hosts couldn't have been nicer....even sharing some wonderful home-made beers & stout which were worth the trip alone! The room doesn't have a TV, and that was clear before I booked, so I knew I'd rely on my laptop for entertainment & communication. I was a little concerned by this as previous reviewers had spoken about internet issues. Well, I needn't have worried as the internet was great and the lack of TV was most welcome. I really couldn't speak more highly of the Tiny Guesthouse. I look forward to seeing you all again soon! Thanks, Greg

We have everything we needed in the kitchen and shower and bathroom including very good quality shampoo conditioner and body soap. Even the toilet paper was good quality.. The house is authentic within your design inside. The horse was very responsive and super nice! I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again if I'm in the area for sure.
