The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare our meals, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Our experience at Casa Mamre was so enjoyable that we will undoubtedly return. You can enjoy them from top kitchen/porch, lower kitchen/ hall or (in our case) room with the special view. Fenomenal. Place is extremely clean and very well organised. There's everything you may need and Kryspin- the host - is very kind and helpful if you need assistance but also gives you privacy and space. You do need to walk up the hill to get there but twisted stairs with few little junctions make it actually very entertaining journey- for us it only added to whole experience :)

Tento dům v koloniálním stylu stojí v srdci údolí Agaete, uprostřed sadu pomerančovníků a mangovníků a papájovníků. Je to velká usedlost z 19. The property was wonderfully characterful. Alcove and walls were full of old artefacts and paintings. It had been a plantation in the past but water shortages have changed that. They grow as much fruit as they can for guests. I especially enjoyed the company of the cats and chickens at breakfast

Great coffee machine. The building door and room were accessed using keypads and PIN numbers supplied by text. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport for my departure.
