The hotel is located in the very center of the city, behind the walls of the old city. It is forbidden to enter this part of the city, but hotel guests can enter. Parking nearby, by the castle - we received a special card allowing us to park, we could keep it also for the day of check-out. Very friendly service. We received detailed information on where to eat well and what to visit. Delicious breakfast served in the garden, in a very nice and professional manner. Room decorated nicely, kettle, tea, water in the room. 5 minutes on foot to the lakeside walking promenade.

Additionally,he assisted us in carrying our bags to the first-floor and offered great tips on nearby activities and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, boasting a modern and spacious design and offered a car spare at the back of the building.As a family of four, we found the space more than adequate for our needs. The apartment is conveniently located approximately a 10-minute drive from the main area, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at this apartment was highly satisfying, thanks to the exceptional host and the apartment's superb features. highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

What an amazing week in Tzoumerka, a small heaven on earth. The stay at the Baldeneige made everything so easy,pleasant, and peaceful that no words can describe. We felt instantly welcomed from Alexandros and his wife Zoi. The breakfast was delicious,home cooked. The room where the breakfast was served had a big fireplace and made the whole place look so cosy and warm. Every morning, Alexandros gave us tips of places and villages worth visiting,we saw practically the whole region and managed even to hike again after almost 3 years since welcoming our daughter.! We felt almost at home, and our 2 year old had fun socialising. The room and the whole hotel was super clean, the room was spacious enough for our daughter to play and warm enough in the cold nichts. Everything was perfect. Returned back to our Base Athens with a heart full of love, a mind full of peacefulness and lungs full of fresh air. Planning on going back next year already!!!

The location was within reach of city centre and main attractions, it was spotlessly clean. The entire house has character and a very nice design. It is newly refurbished but keeps the old local spirit. The guests were more than kind. They offered us a tsipuro in-house made by them and helped us with information on how to explore the city and surroundings.

The location is set in a lovely village with incredible views from every direction. It’s walking distance to a few very good restaurants, as well as to Monodendri, where the hike to Vikos Gorge (and other hikes) starts from. It’s very clean and the owner, Petros, is very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. His daughter Sofia, helps with the management of the guesthouse and is truly amazing, assisting with all my queries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the special memories I take home

The location of the hotel was excellent, the room was very clean, modern, breakfast was great with lots of choice available, and the staff were very friendly! We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at Hypnos again in our next visit to Ioannina. Highly recommend.
